Brett Kaufman, owner, and son of legendary music manager, Howard Kaufman (Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, and Def Leppard to name just a few) offers a unique vision for event-based merchandise having grown up in the music business and working in every aspect of the industry.

Brett has specialized in the merchandise side of the industry for the past 20 years and oversees 50 venues in 22 states with 1800 shows a year with an annual estimated attendance of 10 million patrons. Over the course of time he began working with artists such as Aerosmith, America, Def Leppard, Eminem, Fleetwood Mac, Guns N’ Roses, Harry Styles, Jay-Z, Journey, KISS, Lil Wayne, Madonna, Mary J. Blige, Ozzy Osborne, Poison, The Rolling Stones, Twice, Ye (Kanye West), and ZZ Top. As the list of clients continued to grow so did the range of products, from shirts to trinket items, to specialty items for VIP packages and private functions.

Today, Brett has shifted the focus of PDS from the printing and production aspect to providing retail merchandise services at live events, representing some of the biggest venues in the US. The PDS formula results in increased sales of 15%-30% above the averages of a particular live event, which rolls into higher revenues for venues as well.

Add to that his direct relationship with the artists and their representation which gives Brett and his clients that unique advantage with booking and acting as a liaison with today’s top acts and their reps.

Brett works with the artists and their reps directly making sure that their merchandise needs exceed their expectations knowing the importance of merchandise revenue to the artist in today’s market. His relationships along with his professionalism help ensure the artist returns to the venue for years to come.
